熱壓罐的介紹：

熱壓罐是一種快開門的壓力容器， 它在制造的時候有著國家相關的依據(jù)標準． 是一種針對聚合物基復合材料成型工藝特點的工藝設備、針對大型產(chǎn)量大的碳纖維制品固化成型、熱壓罐固化成型的效果遠比烤箱的效果好， 故而目前高端的碳纖維制品紛紛采用真空熱壓罐， 以滿足軍民用品的需求。

熱壓罐的組成：

熱壓罐是由承壓罐體、空壓機及過濾系統(tǒng)、真空系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)等部分組成． 它的工作原理是將高強度玻璃纖維、碳纖維、棚纖維、芳綸纖維等增強材料和樹脂（含預浸材料）按設計方向和順序逐層鋪放到模具上， 達到規(guī)定厚度后，放入到真空袋中抽真空， 經(jīng)加壓、加熱、固化、冷卻、脫模、修整而獲得高性能復合材料制品．
